Preheat the oven to 200°C.
In a saucepan, mix the strawberries, peaches, honey, lemon juice, and cinnamon powder and simmer on medium heat for 15 minutes
Stretch the pizza dough until it is approximately 25 cm in diameter
Spread 4 tablespoons of strawberry sauce on each dough round.
Arrange pineapple and kiwi slices on the pizzas
Sprinkle the Mozzarella cheeses on the pizzas and scatter the cherries on top.
Bake for 12 to 15 minutes or until the dough is cooked and the cheese slightly browns.
Garnish with mint leaves and walnuts.
Serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or a dollop of whipped cream.
