How to Make

  • Heat the oil in a wok over high heat. Add the onion and garlic. Stir until the onion softens, then add the onion ginger and season.
  • Next, add the beef, stock cube, chili and soy sauce with a splash of water. Brown the meat, then add the noodles and red chili. Stir for two minutes.
  • Remove the wok from the heat, and serve topped with spring onion and chilli.
