How to Make
Preheat the oven to 200°C. Roll out the sheet of thawed puff pastry on a lightly floured work surface and cut into small rectangles. Place the pastry pieces on the lined baking sheets then prick each piece several times with a fork, leaving a 1/2-inch un-pricked border around the edges. Brush each rectangle all over with the egg wash.
Bake the pastries for 15 to 18 minutes, or until golden brown and puffed around the edges.
Spread a portion of the cream cheese in the centers of each piece of pastry. Top with smoked salmon lime slices. Garnish with capers, chopped fresh chives and balck sesame seeds.
