How to Make

  • In a pot of warm water, add the saffron and bring it to a boil, Chop onion and garlic
  • Use a big pot to saut√© the garlic, onion and thyme in olive oil and butter
  • Add the rice and saute it for a few minutes
  • Add the saffron water and stir, add salt and stock powder
  • Stir and cook the rice for 30 minutes
  • Once the rice is al dente, take it off the heat and transfer it to a baking tray
  • Level the rice on the tray to let it cool
  • Once cool, chill in the fridge to prepare it later for guests
