Fry the chicken breasts with 1 tablespoon cooking oil on medium fire for 5 minutes(each side)
Place them on a plate and cover them to keep them warm
Fry the garlic cloves with 1 tbsp oil and then add the chopped mushrooms and cook until soft. Add the chicken broth and boil it on medium fire until brown on the sides.
Add the cream and bring to boil on high fire, then reduce to medium fire and boil for about 5 minutes, then add the Parmesan cheese.
Bring back the chicken and cover with the cream. Add salt and pepper to taste. Enjoy!
