How to Make

  • Fry the chicken breasts with 1 tablespoon cooking oil on medium fire for 5 minutes(each side)
  • Place them on a plate and cover them to keep them warm
  • Fry the garlic cloves with 1 tbsp oil and then add the chopped mushrooms and cook until soft. Add the chicken broth and boil it on medium fire until brown on the sides.
  • Add the cream and bring to boil on high fire, then reduce to medium fire and boil for about 5 minutes, then add the Parmesan cheese.
  • Bring back the chicken and cover with the cream. Add salt and pepper to taste. Enjoy!
