How to Make

  • Place the flour in a bowl
  • Add the eggs, Rainbow Sweetened Condensed Milk, Rainbow Evaporated milk and season with salt.
  • Whisk until combined using a beater, Rest for 15 minutes.
  • Heat a frying pan. add butter and Pour half cup of batter into the middle and let it cook for a minute on each side.
  • Heat the butter in a pan and wait until melted, then add brown sugar, and cook until all the sugar dissolves.
  • Add the remaining Rainbow Evaporated milk and keep stirring.
  • Garnish with blueberry Pour the sauce over the pancake.
