How to Make
Prepare syrup by combining sugar, water, rose water and lemon juice in saucepan and simmer on medium heat until slightly thickened.
In a large bowl, mix together Philadelphia Original, honey and rose water until smooth.
Split the pastry into two halves. Mix the Osmaliya pastry with the melted ghee and fry it in a medium saucepan on medium low heat until golden brown. Do the same thing with the second part of the pastry.
Take one of the pieces and put in a serving plate and spread the cream cheese mix. The cream cheese layer should be thick. Put the second piece on top. Spread the syrup to cover all the parts. Decorate with dollops of cream cheese mix, and top each dollop with some rose petal jam and minced pistachio.
