How to Make

  • Dust a flat surface with flour. spread with Nutella, leaving a 2 cm gap at one end of the sheet.
  • Brush the end with egg, and roll up the pastry, wrap in film and chill for one hour.
  • Preheat the oven to 180c degrees, remove the pastry roll from the fridge, using sharp knife cut into 2cm equal pieces, lay them flat on a lined baking sheet and brush with egg.
  • Bake for 40-45 minutes until the pastry is crisp and golden.
  • Remove from the oven and allow to cool. Drizzle over the honey, grate over the chocolate and top with chopped cashew nuts, now enjoy.
