How to Make
Prepare syrup by combining sugar, water, rose water and lemon juice in saucepan and simmer on medium heat until slightly thickened.
In a large bowl, mix together Philadelphia Original, honey and rose water until smooth.
In a deep saucepan, melt ghee, add semolina and fry on medium low heat until golden brown. Add the sweetened condensed milk and syrup and stir until smooth
Spread Mafrouka in a large platter, spread the cream cheese mix on top of the Mafrouka and garnish with rose petal jam and minced pistachio.
