How to Make

  • Chop the garlic and the onion
  • Fry the garlic and onion in olive oil until onion softens.
  • Add the onion and garlic to the pan with boiled lentil, season it with cumin and pepper, then allow the soup to boil for half an hour until it's completely cooked.
  • Pour the soup into a blender, then add the Kiri square portions and blend well. Then pour the soup back into the pan and let it simmer for 5 minutes.
  • Add coriander and lemon juice right before serving.
