How to Make
In a bowl add the honey, soy sauce, mirin, chopped onion, garlic, pear, sesame oil , black pepper and green onions, mix well together and then add the beef and mix it well.
Let the beef rest in the fridge for 30 minutes.
Heat gas or charcoal grill to medium-hot.
Grill short ribs, turning once, to desired doneness, about 3 to 4 minutes per side.
Garnish with thinly sliced green onions. Serve whole pieces as a main course or cut into smaller pieces, using kitchen shears, for a starter or party nibble.
