How to Make

  • In a bowl add the honey, soy sauce, mirin, chopped onion, garlic, pear, sesame oil , black pepper and green onions, mix well together and then add the beef and mix it well.
  • Let the beef rest in the fridge for 30 minutes.
  • Heat gas or charcoal grill to medium-hot.
  • Grill short ribs, turning once, to desired doneness, about 3 to 4 minutes per side.
  • Garnish with thinly sliced green onions. Serve whole pieces as a main course or cut into smaller pieces, using kitchen shears, for a starter or party nibble.
