How to Make
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
In a large mixing bowl, combine milk, oil, honey, and yeast; mix well.
Sift flour, baking powder, and salt together and add to the milk, honey and oil. Mix with a spoon, then knead the dough for 5-8 minutes until it becomes elastic. Cover the dough with a towel and allow to double in size in a warm place - will take around an hour.
Turn the dough out onto a surface dusted with flour, bring the dough together and knead a few times. Divide the dough into 20 balls.
Flatten each ball and stuff with a teaspoon of cream cheese, gently pulling the dough around the filling, and sealing. Arrange the balls, touching each other in a greased round cake tin. Cover and let them rise again for 30-40 minutes.
Separate the egg yolk and mix with 1 tablespoon of water. Brush the top with the egg yolk wash and bake the buns for 25 minutes.
Allow buns to cool before decorating with Nutella®.
