Preheat the oven to 200 degrees, Place the mozzarella cheese in a glass bowl and microwave on full heat 30 seconds. Using a fork combine the cheese.
Add the flour, baking powder and egg, mix into a dough. Lay a sheet of baking parchment on a flat surface, add the dough and the second sheet and gently roll out to about 1cm thickness.
Place on a baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes. Remove the base from the oven. Add a layer of tomato puree, onion, mozzarella cherry tomatoes.
Season and sprinkle over the dried herbs. Bake for 15-20 minutes until the pizza edges are golden brown. Remove from the oven, top with basil leaves and serve.
