How to Make

  • In a pan, saute the vermicelli with ghee until it takes the desired color
  • Add water, sugar and cardamom. Stir well and leave it to cook over a medium heat for a quarter of an hour or until it is completely cooked.
  • Distribute in serving dishes until the milking is ready.
  • Put the ingredients in a saucepan over medium heat with constant stirring until the mixture is heavy, remove from the heat add a spoonful of butter and stir well
  • Spread over the mixture of vermicelli equal to the face well and left to cool completely
  • Top with any type of Qemar or cream available, put in the fridge for the whole night. Store and garnish with nuts and serve
