How to Make
Finely chop the shallots and mince the garlic.
In a bowl, mix the shallots and garlic with the mustard, honey, cream, vinegar, herbs, salt, and pepper.
Poke the chicken with a fork and marinate in the sauce for 1 hour.
Then bake in the oven at 180 C, covered with foil for 20 minutes, then uncovered for another 25 minutes until golden.
Note: for a lighter dish, you can substitute with chicken breast strips and add 2 tbsp of olive oil to marinade.
