Preheat the oven to 190⁰C.
Use 10 slices of the bread, Cut off the crusts, then spread butter on one side.
Spread with honey.
Cut each slice diagonally into 4 triangles.
Soak the raisins and dry them before use.
Whisk together the milk, cream, eggs, sugar and vanilla.
Lay half the triangles, in a deep dish and sprinkle with half the raisins.
Lay the rest of the triangles on top and scatter rest of the raisins on top.
Pour the mixture over the bread and leave to soak for 5 minutes.
Bake for 25-30 minutes until puffed and golden.
