How to Make

  • Using a mixer, start by softening the butter, then slowly add the flour and the salt
  • Then add the cheese and mix. It will not come together at this stage, don't worry!
  • Then add the water very gradually. One tablespoon at a time. If it comes together with just one, then don’t add more
  • Knead the dough by hand for a couple of minutes
  • Wrap the dough with cling film and chill it for 20 minutes in the fridge .
  • Roll out the dough on baking paper (or a floured surface), cut in any shape, I just made circles.
  • Bake at 180 degrees C for 5 - 10 minutes, or until golden
