How to Make
Using a mixer, start by softening the butter, then slowly add the flour and the salt
Then add the cheese and mix. It will not come together at this stage, don't worry!
Then add the water very gradually. One tablespoon at a time. If it comes together with just one, then don’t add more
Knead the dough by hand for a couple of minutes
Wrap the dough with cling film and chill it for 20 minutes in the fridge .
Roll out the dough on baking paper (or a floured surface), cut in any shape, I just made circles.
Bake at 180 degrees C for 5 - 10 minutes, or until golden
