How to Make

  • Preheat the oven to 175 deg C. Line a baking tray with parchment paper and set aside.
  • In a bowl combine the crushed cornflakes and nutella until you get a well combined chunky mixture.
  • Carefully remove a filo pastry, one at a time, making sure to cover unused filo pastry so they don't dry up.
  • Generously brush on the melted butter on each filo pastry.
  • Along the short side of the filo pastry sheet, spoon out a tablespoon of the nutella cornflakes mixture in a single line and roll
  • Make sure you tuck the edges in as you roll up the Baklava roll so the filling doesnt spill out on baking.
  • Once all the rolls are made brush the tops with melted butter and bake for 15 mins until golden brown
  • While still warm drizzle with honey and more crushed cornflakes (optional)
