Preheat the oven to 175 deg C. Line a baking tray with parchment paper and set aside.
In a bowl combine the crushed cornflakes and nutella until you get a well combined chunky mixture.
Carefully remove a filo pastry, one at a time, making sure to cover unused filo pastry so they don't dry up.
Generously brush on the melted butter on each filo pastry.
Along the short side of the filo pastry sheet, spoon out a tablespoon of the nutella cornflakes mixture in a single line and roll
Make sure you tuck the edges in as you roll up the Baklava roll so the filling doesnt spill out on baking.
Once all the rolls are made brush the tops with melted butter and bake for 15 mins until golden brown
While still warm drizzle with honey and more crushed cornflakes (optional)
