Combine flour, salt and pepper on a shallow plate and dip the fish fillets in it and set aside.
Heat 1/4 cup oil in a pan on high fire, and cook the fish on both side. Set aside.
Heat a bit more oil and fry the pine nuts and repeat the same step with the almonds, as well as the first onion cut lengthways. (all will be used as toppings).
Heat the remaining oil and stir fry to chopped onions (into cubes) for about 5 minutes, until dark brown.
Add the Maggi Seasoning then the basmati rice and water.
Bring to boil then reduce the fire and cover until cooked.
Serve in plate topped with the fried fish, onions, pine nuts and almonds.
Decorate with coriander if desired.
