How to Make
In a large pot of slightly salted boiling water, cook the pasta according to package instructions.
Reserve about 1 cup of pasta water then drain.
In the meantime, melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat and season with salt and pepper.
Drain the pasta al dente.
Toss the pasta in the frying pan. Add one ladle of pasta water, parmesan and toss until coated in sauce.
