How to Make

  • In a large pot of slightly salted boiling water, cook the pasta according to package instructions.
  • Reserve about 1 cup of pasta water then drain.
  • In the meantime, melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat and season with salt and pepper.
  • Drain the pasta al dente.
  • Toss the pasta in the frying pan. Add one ladle of pasta water, parmesan and toss until coated in sauce.
  • Serve immediately
