How to Make
In a pot, heat 2 tbsp Vegetable oil and then add 1 cup of the vermicelli. Lightly fry with wooden spoon till golden brown.
Add in 2 cups of Water and let boil. Once boiling add in another 1 cup of Vermicelli and allow to cook for 3 minutes. Then set aside.
In another pot add butter, cardamom, sugar and diluted Saffron on medium heat and mix till sugar dissolves.
Add the vermicelli to the syrup mixture and toss together till well covered. Take off heat once mixed.
In a pan add oil followed by eggs ad cook omelet. 6) Serve the vermicelli with eggs on top.
