How to Make

  • In a pot, heat 2 tbsp Vegetable oil and then add 1 cup of the vermicelli. Lightly fry with wooden spoon till golden brown.
  • Add in 2 cups of Water and let boil. Once boiling add in another 1 cup of Vermicelli and allow to cook for 3 minutes. Then set aside.
  • In another pot add butter, cardamom, sugar and diluted Saffron on medium heat and mix till sugar dissolves.
  • Add the vermicelli to the syrup mixture and toss together till well covered. Take off heat once mixed.
  • In a pan add oil followed by eggs ad cook omelet. 6) Serve the vermicelli with eggs on top.
