How to Make

  • Preheat the oven to 200°C. Roll out each sheet of thawed puff pastry on a lightly floured work surface and cut it in small triangles. Place the pastry pieces on the lined baking sheets then prick each piece several times with a fork, leaving a 1/2-inch un-pricked border around the edges. Brush each triangle all over with the egg wash.
  • Bake the pastries for 15 to 18 minutes, or until golden brown and puffed around the edges. Let cool.
  • In a small bowl, mix together the Philadelphia Original, honey, vanilla extract and lemon zest until smooth.
  • Spread a portion of the cream cheese mixture in the centers of each piece of pastry. Top with fresh fruits and mint leaves.
