How to Make
Preheat the oven to 200°C. Roll out each sheet of thawed puff pastry on a lightly floured work surface and cut it in small triangles. Place the pastry pieces on the lined baking sheets then prick each piece several times with a fork, leaving a 1/2-inch un-pricked border around the edges. Brush each triangle all over with the egg wash.
Bake the pastries for 15 to 18 minutes, or until golden brown and puffed around the edges. Let cool.
In a small bowl, mix together the Philadelphia Original, honey, vanilla extract and lemon zest until smooth.
Spread a portion of the cream cheese mixture in the centers of each piece of pastry. Top with fresh fruits and mint leaves.
