How to Make

  • Weigh out all your ingredients so they are ready for you to simply add to your mixer bowl. Your courgette needs to be roughly chopped
  • Put everything into your food processor bowl, and mix till you have a cake mixture thick but pourable batter, then pour the mix into a buttered oven proof serving dish and bake at about 180 for 30 minutes or so checking from time to time
  • Eat as it is or try it with some lemon zest and a little sugar mixed into some creme fraiche if you’re serving as a dessert .
