How to Make

  • Process coffee grounds & sugar till powdery and chocolate in rough pieces then add milk warm till melted and mixed
  • Then add egg yolks, coffee shot and rosewater.
  • Whisk up egg whites with salt till stiff peaks gently fold into mixture
  • Pour into containers decorate with nuts and herb then CHILL for about 2 to 3 hours
