How to Make

  • Cream the butter until fluffy and then add the coconut sugar until well combined.
  • Add the egg and vanilla extract, continue mixing, scraping the sides of the bowl with a spatula as necessary.
  • Then add the dry ingredients (flour, baking soda, salt) until barely mixed.
  • Mix in the dates and seeds with a spoon, and voila your dough.
  • chill it in some plastic wrap for about 30 minutes in the fridge.
  • Form the dough into balls pressing slightly on the middle. Then bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees C for 9-11 minutes (or until the edges are golden).
