How to Make
Cream the butter until fluffy and then add the coconut sugar until well combined.
Add the egg and vanilla extract, continue mixing, scraping the sides of the bowl with a spatula as necessary.
Then add the dry ingredients (flour, baking soda, salt) until barely mixed.
Mix in the dates and seeds with a spoon, and voila your dough.
chill it in some plastic wrap for about 30 minutes in the fridge.
Form the dough into balls pressing slightly on the middle. Then bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees C for 9-11 minutes (or until the edges are golden).
