How to Make

  • Boil some water in a pan and place a glass bowl on top. Break the plain chocolate and melt.
  • Slice the avocado and place in a food processor. Add the cocoa powder, maple syrup, vanilla essence and the coconut milk.
  • Blend the ingredients for 10 minutes until smooth. When the chocolat has melted stir and remove from the heat.
  • Next, pour the mixture into glasses and chill in the fridge for 20 minutes. To serve, grate over some chocolate and dust with cocoa powder and garnish with orange rind.
  • Alternatively, decorate with some mini eggs and orange rind.
