How to Make

  • Pre-heat a medium-sized saucepan
  • Melt the butter, add the garlic and onion, sauté for a few minutes on low heat.
  • Add carrot and leek, sauté for a few minutes and then add the pumpkin. Add the water, bring to a boil.
  • Cook for 10-15 minutes or until the pumpkin is soft.
  • Put the mix in the blender, blend it until smooth. Put the mix back in the saucepan and add the cream.
  • Pumpkin Seeds Yogurt, Mix all the ingredients.
  • Place the soup in a bowl then top it with a spoon of pumpkin seeds yogurt.
