How to Make
Pre-heat a medium-sized saucepan
Melt the butter, add the garlic and onion, sauté for a few minutes on low heat.
Add carrot and leek, sauté for a few minutes and then add the pumpkin. Add the water, bring to a boil.
Cook for 10-15 minutes or until the pumpkin is soft.
Put the mix in the blender, blend it until smooth. Put the mix back in the saucepan and add the cream.
Pumpkin Seeds Yogurt, Mix all the ingredients.
Place the soup in a bowl then top it with a spoon of pumpkin seeds yogurt.
