How to Make

  • Preheat oven to 200 degrees Celcius
  • Brush ramekin with soft butter. Dust with unsweetened cocoa butter and tap out excess. Place in fridge.
  • Melt chocolate in bowl over simmering water. Stir till smooth. Remove and let it cool down.
  • Place egg whites in mixer, beat till bubbles form and then slowly add in sugar till soft peaks form.
  • Add egg yolk to cool molten chocolate and whisk to combine.
  • Gently fold the egg whites mixture into the chocolate mix and fold till just combined.
  • Pour into the cooled ramekin and bake for 15 min. Dust with icing sugar for decoration and enjoy.
