How to Make
In a large bowl, mix the Philadelphia Original together with the chopped parsley, basil and mind and 1 egg white.
Roll out each sheet of pizza dough on a lightly floured work surface and divide into equal pieces. Grab each part of dough and level it until thin. Give it a round shape and twist the edge of the dough, shaping it into a small boat.
Fill each boat with the cheese mixture. Brush them with egg wash.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and lay the boats on it. Bake for 25 minutes at 175°C.
