How to Make

  • Pour 1 tsp. of lemon juice on the salmon and cook it in the oven at 180 degrees C for 20 minutes. Meanwhile, boil the carrot and potato until soft. Once done, remove and peel
  • Separate the cooked salmon from the skin and flake it in a bowl
  • Place the mashed carrot and potato onto the flaked salmon and mix all together with a fork
  • Add the Cerelac, chopped spring onion, mustard, garlic, remaining lemon juice (4 tsp.), and spices (if using)
  • Mix well, shape into patties, and coat them in Cerelac wheat (optional)
  • Cook the patties in a non-stick pan with a touch of oil
  • N.B: Make sure to supervise your little foodie during feeding time and you can cut or shape the dish conveniently to his/her needs.
