How to Make

  • Season a fresh chicken breast on both sides with the spices. Then set aside to marinate.
  • Boil potatoes for 10 min (not too soft)
  • Cut the carrots, broccoli and boiled potatoes and place on a tray. Season them with olive oil and salt and pepper. Put into oven for 10min.
  • At the same time place your pan over medium heat and add in olive oil. Place your chicken in the pan, and listen for that sizzling sound.
  • Flip the chicken every 2-3 min.
  • After 5min put rosemary and garlic into the pan. Add in 30g block of butter.
  • Once veggies are cooked, take out the tray. And serve your chicken with the veggies for a healthy dish!
