Season a fresh chicken breast on both sides with the spices. Then set aside to marinate.
Boil potatoes for 10 min (not too soft)
Cut the carrots, broccoli and boiled potatoes and place on a tray. Season them with olive oil and salt and pepper. Put into oven for 10min.
At the same time place your pan over medium heat and add in olive oil. Place your chicken in the pan, and listen for that sizzling sound.
Flip the chicken every 2-3 min.
After 5min put rosemary and garlic into the pan. Add in 30g block of butter.
Once veggies are cooked, take out the tray. And serve your chicken with the veggies for a healthy dish!
