How to Make

  • Cut the baked beetroot into small cubes, season with salt and set aside.
  • Mix half of the minced garlic with the labneh, add a pinch of salt, and set aside.
  • Spread the labneh mixture evenly on a shallow serving bowl / plate.
  • Drizzle olive oil on the seasoned beetroot, mix, and layer the beetroot on top of the labneh mixture in the serving bowl.
  • Garnish with almond flakes and lemon zest.
