How to Make
Make 4 meatballs, 125 grams each, and press them flat into a 1cm thickness burger patty.
Place the patty on a hot pan and cook it for 1 min and 30 seconds, or until the edges of the patty are browned. Sprinkle it with salt and pepper.
Flip the patty and add a slice of American cheese; cook it for another minute. Cut the burger bun in half and lightly brush it with butter; toast it until golden.
Place the cooked burger patty on the bun, top it with 4 cucumber pickles and 2 tablespoons of the homemade Date Sauce.
