How to Make

  • Boil water, sugar and lemon juice for 8 minutes. Add blossom water and remove from heat
  • In a bowl, mix the nuts with the oil and set aside
  • In a bowl, mix semolina, baking powder, salt, sugar, shredded coconut and melted butter, mix and leave an hour.
  • Add the yoghurt, mix well and pour it into a greased pan with butter. Add nuts with little pressure on the top. Enter a pre-heated oven at 180 for half an hour or more, or until browned
  • Pour a cup and a half of hot syrup, leave it at room temperature, and then enter the refrigerator for two hours
