How to Make
Preheat oven to 180°C.
Cream butter, sugar and vanilla in a bowl until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time.
Sift semolina baking powder and baking soda and fold into the butter mix with the yogurt.
Spread the batter into a greased cake tin.
Bake for 30-35 minutes.
Make the syrup by bringing sugar and water to the boil, stirring til the sugar is dissolved. Add lemon juice and boil for 10 minutes, allow to cool.
Spoon the cooled syrup over hot cake and leave to cool.
Decorate with Nutella®.
