How to Make

  • Pre-heat medium sized saucepan.
  • Add the olive oil and then the garlic and onion sauté until golden brown.
  • Add cumin, sweet paprika and coriander sauté for a few minutes add tomato, cook it until the tomato is well cooked.
  • On the medium oven tray, place the eggplant, put the tomato sauce on top and feta cheese. bake at 180 c for 7-10 min.
  • After that remove from the tray. place the eggplant on the plate and drizzle with yogurt tahini.
