How to Make

  • In a pan over medium heat, place the whole wheat bread slices and toast for 2 minutes until they turn golden brown.
  • Evenly spread La Vache qui rit triangle portions on the toasted bread.
  • In a medium bowl, roughly smash the avocado using a fork. Add in lemon juice, the egg cubes, salt, and mix all together until well combined and texture becomes slightly creamy.
  • Add a layer of the avocado and egg mixture on top of La Vache qui rit cheese.
  • Garnish the avocado and egg salad toasts with dried chives and serve.
