  • recipe Blue Dragon Sesame Oil

  • recipe Shan Red Chilli Powder

How to Make

  • Put your frozen beans still in shells into pan of cold water Bring to boil
  • Boil to 4 to 5 minutes max till still al dente, check one! Drain the water
  • Toss beans into a large bowl
  • Add in the pre mixed miso paste, oils and chilli, Toss well
  • Then air fry for about 6 minutes on 180 degrees, if you don't have an air fryer, you can just fry in a wok or frying pan on the stove top.
